At The Hand Made, we are proud to offer our handcrafted garments to customers around the globe. All our products are made-to-order by skilled artisans. The production time for each garment is typically 7-14 business days, after which it is prepared for shipping.

2. Standard Shipping (Worldwide)

We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all standard orders.

When you purchase a product directly (not through our Pay Later program), the shipping cost is included in our service. We believe in transparency and providing value to our customers, and this is one way we honor that commitment.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10-20 business days after production, depending on your location.

3. Shipping for "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) Program

Our "Buy Now, Pay Later" program is a special service that allows you to receive your handcrafted shirt by paying only the shipping cost upfront. The cost of the garment itself can be paid at your convenience.

Applicable Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $125 USD applies to all orders placed through the BNPL program. This fee covers the cost of worldwide shipping and handling for your item.
Payment: This shipping cost must be paid at the time of checkout to process your request.
Standard Shipping Terms Apply: Once shipped, the standard estimated delivery times apply.

Please note that the BNPL program is a unique offering, and the shipping fee is necessary to facilitate this service. For all other standard purchases, our free worldwide shipping policy remains in effect.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Hand Made is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
